She helped me in pelvic floor therapy during my pregnancy which was not even told by my doctor, I went to get stocking due to swollen feet but she examined thoroughly and advised to do some exercises, I was extremely happy with her service, also Navdeep is very humble, and knowledgeable. My husband got a back pain relief in 2 sessions only. I had massage therapy done by Prajakta, she is also very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you PhysioRehab for your great services. I met her towards the end of my third trimester and though I was late for my pelvic floor physio she made sure I was ready physically and mentally both to deliver my baby. The knowledge and information she imparted to both me and my husband helped us to deliver our kid normally. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for pelvic floor physio.

I’ve been to many physio places and this has got to be one of the best physio clinics I’ve been to! Not only is Nav extremely knowledgeable and competent in physiotherapy, but she’s also very personable and caring. She sincerely wants to see your condition improve and will make sure you get the right treatment in each session and through at home exercises as well. I’ve been going to her for pelvic floor therapy after my c section as well as my plantar facitis and I’m so satisfied with her services that I’ll be taking my mom to her for physio as well! Highly recommend if you have any no issue which needs physical treatment.
Nav has excellent knowledge on Dra related issues .With very few sessions she was able to help me recover from a 3 finger wide Dra caused over two pregnancies. I highly recommend her for any pregnancy or postpartum recovery issues

Very cooperative, detailed and systematic way of dealing. The biggest plus point is the response time, be it email or message or phone call is fabulous. Everyone sells a product, but only a few know what customer service is and these people surely know how to provide great service.
